TalkTalk receives most complaints but shows improvement

TalkTalk is the most complained about landline and fixed broadband services provider according to figures released by Ofcom.

The report, which covers the second quarter of 2011 does however show that TalkTalk is improving, receiving fewer complaints compared to the start of the year.

Virgin Media held its position as the least complained about landline and broadband provider for the third successive period, in front of BSkyB and BT in joint second place regarding the landline sector, and again in the broadband market with the inclusion of Orange in third position.
