Customer Service TV at Customer Service Training Network meeting

We went along to the December CSTN meeting where some fantastic speakers shared their expertise and delegates had the chance to get interactive with some fun exercises, discuss the issues of the day and learn practical tips to take away.  

The day ended on a high too with an energetic morale-booster from Eilidh Milnes, so with everyone feeling inspired we decided to ask people what their resolutions might be for delivering even better service in the fast-approaching new year.
